Delivery Information

Due to the varying sizes of the products I sell, orders will be sent via different postal options/carriers, including Royal Mail or DPD. My shipping timescales are as follows:

• For prints and greeting cards, orders will be shipped within three working days unless otherwise stated.
• For Ebb and Upwell press, as they are handcrafted in our workshop, please allow up to three weeks from the date of ordering for shipping.

If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please send ME an email at portia@portiaknight.com. I currently only accept orders within the UK.

My delivery charges are as follows:

• £2.95 - A single set of cards (Royal Mail 2nd class)
• £6.95 - For prints, multiple sets of cards, print/card combinations (Royal Mail 2nd class, signed for)
• £12.95 presses (DPD overnight, 1-hour delivery window given)
