My name is Portia Knight, and one of my life's great pleasures is foraging and pressing seaweed on the northern coasts of Scotland. Initially a creative pastime, it's become something even more meaningful that continues to fascinate me with each new pressing.
It's an art form that encourages slowing down, looking closer and appreciating the details — and I enjoy sharing my discoveries with others.
